The award-winning Ochre Restaurant is situated at Harbour Lights, overlooking the marina in Cairns. Owner-chef, Craig Squire, is the creative force behind the unique menu which is inspired by Australian native bushfoods – his passion for the past two decades.
Locally-sourced tropical produce, meats and seafood also star in the cuisine on offer.
Ochre Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. By appointment, groups can book a cooking demonstration session with Craig – which includes a tutorial on Australian bushfoods, fruits and spices; a demonstration of dishes being prepared in the kitchen; and a 3 course lunch with wine.
